وَفِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ
Wafee amwalihim haqqun lilssaili waalmahroomi
And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived
