أَلَا يَعۡلَمُ مَنۡ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ
Ala yaAAlamu man khalaqa wahuwa allateefu alkhabeeru
Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted
