وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرۡكَعُواْ لَا يَرۡكَعُونَ
Waitha qeela lahumu irkaAAoo la yarkaAAoona
And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow
