فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ
Faman tawalla baAAda thalika faolaika humu alfasiqoona
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient
