وَإِنَّهُۥ فِيٓ أُمِّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَدَيۡنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ
Wainnahu fee ommi alkitabi ladayna laAAaliyyun hakeemun
And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom
